Who we are

GiveCX is a business name (DBA) of Now Services LLC in Gulfport, Mississippi. Questions about your information? Reach us through our contact page.

What we collect

• What you tell us in our forms: your name, email, phone number, business details, and anything else you choose to share for your website.
• Payment details: when you pay, Stripe collects your card and billing information. We see your name, email, what you bought and the last four digits of your card. We never see your full card number.
• Emails you send us, including photos and files for your site.
• Basic technical data that any website receives, like your browser type and IP address, kept by our hosting provider for security.

How we use it

• To build, launch and update your website.
• To email you about your site: your preview, when it goes live, receipts, and replies to your questions.
• To bill you if you choose a paid option.
• To follow up once or twice about your preview. If you're not interested, we stop.

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run GiveCX, and only what they need:

• Supabase stores form submissions.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Vercel hosts our website and yours.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're working together and for a reasonable time after, so we can help if you come back and keep the records the law requires. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't need to keep.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you.
• Tell us to stop emailing you, and we will.
